Cough At Smoking

“In the U.S., about 50,000 people die each year from secondhand smoke-related diseases.” from the Truth website

-There are more than 4,000 chemicals in cigarette smoke. Some of them are also in wood varnish, the insect poison DDT, arsenic, nail polish remover, and rat poison.  The ashes, tar, gases, and other poisons in cigarettes harm your body over time. They damage your heart and lungs. They also make it harder for you to taste and smell things, and fight infections.

We are here to try and help.  Bridge the gap. If you want to quit, you are not alone.  You can do it, it’s not easy, but it is possible.  Friends and family need to be the support system for the good times and bad.  We need to inspire people who smoke to quit.  Thus showing others it’s not a good idea to start.  We need to make a stand and not accept smoking as a way of life but a way life used to be.  Help your friends and family quit by telling them you are there to help them quit.  Seek medical help if needed then there is plenty of support for the desire to smoke and the need to have a tool to relax.  Cough at Smoking is there for helping provide information and inspiration to quit.  Good luck!
